“Pre-shipment” status indicates that the item has already been shipped.
It is our internal policy that to immediately ship a replacement for all suspicious lost-in-transit item which status has been frozen for 25 days. We will make sure you get your purchase with minimum delay. If you have any concern, please do not hesitate to talk to our staff.

If you have a change of heart, simply return your print to us within 30 days of the date on which you received it and we will exchange or replace your print for another one of your choice (to the same value). The panel and prints need to be in “original” condition and complete with all original packaging. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with a return, please visit our RETURN CENTERS. It is very important you have your email (you used to register your account with us) and the order number ready before you start the returning process. As you will remain responsible for the goods until they are returned to us, we highly recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which ensures you for the cost of the items being returned.
If a product is returned to us that is not in “original” condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you.
