RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, a refund or an exchange.

Returns and refunds, follows our Money Back Guarantee Policy, and this procedure must be processed through our website.

To complete this procedure, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and shipping confirmation. The completion of the form is a must. Please do not send your item back to us without filling in this form.

 

Returns and Refunds Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unsealed packaging.

Several types of goods are not applicable for returns and refunds. Free gifts, sale and promotional items cannot be returned and refunded beyond any reasonable grounds.

Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards and unused coupons
• Customized Orders
• Plastic cover(s) of one or more panel(s) has been sealed

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) For instance, any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

There are certain situations where no partial refunds is granted (if applicable) For instance, any plastic covering of the panels that has been sealed and showing signs of being hanged; any item that is shipped to an address of any middle logistic agent (requested by customer) and the item is lost by that logistic agent. We suggest buyer should understand the terms between the service of buyer and your assigned logistic agent before placing any order.

Product Issues (if applicable)
We reserve the right to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any form of refunds is not applicable unless the returns procedure has begun. If you suspect that there is a product issue, please contact us at once by filling this form. Our friendly After Sales Support team will assist you accordingly.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have a change of mind and need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at [email protected] Our Customer Support Team will assist you with all your need and request in a timely manner. You may be responsible for the costs incurred as you return the item. Shipment surcharges for exchanges may be applied for item of different sizes.

Special Items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, promotional items, items checked out with coupons, and custom orders cannot be refunded unless the returns procedure has begun.

Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, please follow the return procedures.

 

Remarks for Shipping Procedures 
To return your product, you should ship your product to our warehouse address which is shown on the PDF invoice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping a returned item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform us about the tracking number and the status.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your case is approved, then your refund will be processed within the next 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or as a git card, within a certain amount of days. Please check with your bank for more details for refunds schedule.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by filling this form.

During your communication with us through any means on any platforms, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time and to take legal action in any of the circumstances if: (1) you provide us with false claims and accusations, including erroneous (incorrect, spurious, inaccurate) information; (2) you provide us with misleading (untrue, fraudulent, deceptive) evidences of the items you have received; (3) you use abusive and insulting language; (4) you threaten us or blackmail us within or outside our domain and social media platforms.
