We also offer expedited shipping option for customers who just need the order to arrive quickly. Shipping time takes 4-7 days. This does not include 2 business days for lead time.

Standard shipping fee applies for all other countries (except the above) at a pro-rata shipping rate according to the size and weight of your order. This fee is ranged from US$9.90 to US$29.95.

Discounted shipping fee applies for all other countries (except the above) at a discounted shipping rate according to the size and weight of your order. This is a limited time offer.

Selected items that offer expedited shipping option come with an extra fee ranges from USD28 to USD125. Pro-rata shipping rate is imposed according to the size and weight of your canvas order (selected items only). This option is not available for some oversized items and orders with multiple items.

“Label is created” indicates that the item is ready to be shipped.
“Pre-shipment” status indicates that the item has already been shipped.

It is our internal policy that to immediately ship a replacement for all suspicious lost-in-transit item which status has been frozen for 25 days. We will make sure you get your purchase with minimum delay. If you have any concern, please do not hesitate to talk to our staff.

Although we are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes it’s necessary to return an item without a reason. We are passionate to make this process as easy as possible for you as part of our 100% Happiness Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you have a change of heart, simply return your print to us within 30 days of the date on which you received it and we will exchange or replace your print for another one of your choice (to the same value). The panel and prints need to be in “original” condition and complete with all original packaging. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with a return, please visit our RETURN CENTERS. It is very important you have your email (you used to register your account with us) and the order number ready before you start the returning process. If you have any problem with this instruction, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at sales@panelwallart.com and we will advise you on the next steps.

As you will remain responsible for the goods until they are returned to us, we highly recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which ensures you for the cost of the items being returned.

If a product is returned to us that is not in “original” condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you.
